Shipping policy

Where do you ship? 

We ship to Canada and the continental USA (lower 48 states). Some remote locations may be exempt. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

For shipments outside of Canada, customers are responsible for paying any additional shipping fees (i.e. duties, customs, etc.).

For orders outside of Canada and the continental USA, shipping will be calculated at checkout. If you have any additional questions, contact us at general@gallola.com. 

Shipping Costs 

Product orders to Canadian destinations will be charged a flat rate of $10 CAD for shipping. Any orders to Canadian destinations for purchases over $300 CAD will receive free shipping. Orders to the USA will be charged a flat rate of $20 CAD for shipping.

Rural Locations

Please note if your delivery is going a rural or remote location you may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will provide you with a quote prior to fulfilling your order for approval and payment.
